Jacques-Yves Cousteau

We know how to organize warfare, but do we know how to act
when confronted with peace.

Confronted with peace?
Hardly a confrontation, is it?

Still, I never thought Monsieur Cousteau had very much to say.
Too much money can do that to a man.

Being a sailor myself, I wondered about his special boat.
It was supposed to be so very efficient.
But it was not efficient at all, and cost a fortune.
Now my boat was efficient:
It had no value, lacked an engine, and disposed of itself when the time was right :)
